When is a contractor one too many?
A recent decision by a Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Court) examined the concept of "genuine redundancy" in the context of redeploying workers to contractor roles.

Canada’s Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance Regulations (PM(NOC) Regulations) are loosely based on the U.S. Hatch-Waxman regime and are meant to link patent protection with the drug approval process. As required by the PM(NOC) Regulations, Health Canada maintains a Patent Register (similar to the U.S. Orange Book).
